Class Details
• Open to All Levels: Coaches will get you up to speed and show you what real Muay Thai training looks and feels like including; stance, punches, kicks, elbows, knees, defense, and controlled partner drills—Great for All Skill Levels including complete beginners. • What To Bring: Wear comfortable workout clothing, and expect to train barefoot. Gloves are provided, and wraps are available if needed. • Structured Session: Begin with a warm-up (light cardio, shadowboxing), practice key techniques through low-impact partner drills and pad work, and end with a cooldown. • Train at Your Pace: Focus on proper technique and self-preservation. Challenge yourself comfortably; intensity will build naturally. • Speak Up: Let your coach know if you have injuries or questions. We’re here for you. If you have a question, someone else has the same question, so don't be shy. • Positive, Realistic Mindset: Mistakes happen and help you improve. Approach the class with an open mind, train hard, and have fun.
